The response has been remarkable. All available places for the expedition have now been provisionally allocated in less than 48 hours.
We are currently planning for 20 European crews and 6 Turkish crews.
For crews who have received a confirmation email
Your place is reserved, subject to the completion of your registration file.
Over the next 7 days, please log into the portal and complete all relevant sections:
- Aircraft & Pilot Details
- Passport & Identity
- Documents
- Route & Logistics
- Insurance
- Companions
- Registration Payment (first instalment)
Please take the time to complete your file as thoroughly as possible. Accurate and complete information saves considerable time for both you and the organising team and allows us to prepare permits, fuel planning, accommodation and operational support efficiently.
Important
We are working to a strict schedule and kindly ask everyone to respect the deadlines.
Crews with incomplete registrations will receive a reminder. If no response is received within the requested timeframe, the registration may be cancelled and the slot released to another crew.
By this time next week, we expect to have a clear picture of the crews that are fully committed and progressing with their preparations.
For pilots who have registered but have not yet received a confirmation email
You are currently on the waiting list.
During the next 7–10 days, we will review the progress of all confirmed crews. Any place that becomes available as a result of non-payment, incomplete registration or lack of response will be offered to crews on the waiting list.
Should this happen, you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to proceed with your registration.
